This is a commercial product which means it's not available for public testing. I've searched for a way to obtain troubleshooting documents or something related, but it was impossible. Given the high price of the application, I recommend using the official support. In most of the cases, you are entitled for support when something is not right with the application.
The Kistler ManuWare software can be downloaded from the official Kistler website.
